Refurbishment Terms and Conditions
Luna Cricket offers a Cricket Bat Refurbishment service. Bats can either be dropped off with us by the customer, or they must be shipped to us via post. All postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Luna Cricket is not responsible for any damage (regardless of how serious) once the bat has been dispatched from our store. Whilst we do offer a luxury and good quality bat refurbishment service, you are placing your order entirely at your own risk. We will not be held accountable for any damage to the bat, regardless of the severity.
Once the item arrives with us (usually within 2-3 business days), we will refurbish the bat over a maximum of 14 days. The time taken will depend on the amount of work the bat requires. Our estimate is that bat refurbishment time will take up to 8 days.
We do not do major repairs, however it is listed on our site. This is because bats requiring major repairs will be sent off to be repaired. It will also take longer for the bat to be repaired and get back to you, although we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. Our estimate is that is will take around 3 weeks including the time that it takes for the bat to travel.

You will be required to list the problems and requirements for the bat (You may send pictures when enquiring or ordering not via the website). If you have any other requirements for you bat, please contact us.
